These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Macro Balance Blueprint Program (“Program”) offered by Emmabfitnhealthy. By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following:
1. Payment
The Program investment is $229 paid in full OR two payments of $114.50 (“Split Payment Option”).
If you choose the Split Payment Option, you are agreeing to pay both installments in full regardless of whether you complete or participate fully in the Program.
Payments are processed through our secure payment processor at the time of enrollment.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program materials and immediate access provided upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the full payment of the Program, whether in full or split payments.
3. Program Access & Content
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to Program materials including workouts, guides, eBooks, videos, and community support.
Program content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or sold.
4. Disclaimer
The Program provides general fitness and nutrition education. It is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a physician, dietitian, or healthcare provider.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and results.
5. Results Disclaimer
While many clients experience success with the Program, individual results are not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your consistency, effort, and personal circumstances.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to remove any Client from the Program if they violate these Terms or engage in harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
